Every weekend in Selva di Fasano the protagonists are the typical products of the season and the territory to accompany guests on a journey of taste.
They will alternate and combine meat, fish, seasonal vegetables, dairy products, cold cuts, fruit and much more to surprise you every time with a different menu.
The chef, the sommelier and all the staff of the Il Ciliegeto restaurant are ready to guide you, thanks to their great experience and knowledge of the raw material, the technique and the territory, among recipes and wines that know how to excite.
Everything in the evocative venue of Tenuta Monacelle, a luxury resort characterized by the presence of original Apulian trulli, immersed in the Fasano countryside.
From 15th of May 2021 we will opened every weekend saturday and sunday at lunch.
We are also open during the autumn and winter seasons with “Sapori D’Autunno” events, in fact every weekend is dedicated to a typical ingredient of the local cuisine: the harvest, blue fish, legumes, pumpkin, chestnuts, primitive wine, and much more.
