BRINDISI ROSATO
The Brindisi rosato has a warm coral colour but can also be a pale Cerasuolo shade. It has a delicate fruity bouquet and is dry, harmonious and pleasantly bitter.

BRINDISI ROSSO
The Brindisi rosso is a rich ruby red of varying intensities, adding shades of orange as it ages. The bouquet is intense and winey and it has a decidedly tannin, velvety, dry, harmonious taste and slightly bitter aftertaste.

OSTUNI BIANCO
The ’Ostuni bianco has a whitish straw colour, a winey bouquet with a delicate perfume, is dry, harmonious and clean. It is ideal for cocktails and an excellent accompaniment for seafood risottos, light broths, omelettes, vegetable soups, and fresh soft cheeses.

ROSSO DEL MONACO
This red has a strong colour and fruity flavour. It is a wine for aficionados and, like all Apulian wines, is simple yet robust.
